We are the leading provider of passenger and cargo transportation services in the northern region of the Baltic Sea, with vessels operated on several key routes between Estonia, Finland and Sweden. Our fleet consists of 14 cruise, shuttle and cargo vessels that operate under the brands Tallink Silja Line and Tallink Shuttle.
In addition to providing maritime transport, we also charter out company vessels for short and long term charter projects, operate four hotels and two stand-alone restaurants in Tallinn and Riga, have a successful travel retail business with shops on board, on shore and online, own the franchise of global fast food chain Burger King in the Baltics, and run a variety of other leisure and transport related subsidiaries in 6 EU countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden and Germany).

Tallink Silja Line Cruises – the perfect minibreak
Our modern and comfortable cruise vessels, operating under the Tallink Silja Line brand, guarantee an excellent cruise experience for everyone who steps on board. A minibreak on board one of our cruise ships aims to bring families and friends closer together by offering a wide range of quality services on board that enable our guests to relax and make lasting memories. The cosy restaurants, functional cafes, modern pubs and bars, lively show bars, boutique and superstore-style shops, creative children’s playrooms, relaxing spas, and of course comfortable cabins all promise a voyage to remember and quality time together.
Tallink Shuttle
Tallink Shuttle service was launched on the popular Tallinn-Helsinki route between the Nordic capitals of Estonia and Finland already back in April 2007, kicking off a new era of all year round fast ferry services. Since then, the shuttle service between the capitals has developed rapidly and today the service is provided by two of the most technologically advanced and sustainable ships currently operating on the Baltic Sea, Megastar and MyStar. The service offers 12 daily departures between the two Nordic capitals and guarantees the most smooth, comfortable, enjoyable 2-hour voyage between the two countries. With different travel class options, ranging from Star class to Platinum Lounge, inviting kids’ play areas, cosy and comforting restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as the largest and most modern floating superstores on the Baltic Sea, the Tallink Shuttle service is guaranteed to impress even the most discerning traveller.
Cargo
Although Tallink Grupp’s cruise and shuttle vessels also offer cargo transportation services, we also own and operate two ro-ro type cargo vessels. This allows us not only to offer the cargo transportation service on all our core passenger transport routes, but to satisfy the high demand on routes with intense cargo trade through sufficient departures and capacity. We guarantee the fast, reliable transport of trucks, trailers, containers, machines, factory cars etc. from port to port. Most of our vessels offer professional drivers a comfortable, quiet and private accommodation, dining and leisure section on board our vessels for rest and relaxation.
Shopping on board, on shore and online
Shopping experiences with Tallink Grupp and its subsidiary Tallink Duty Free have evolved over the years from on board shops on Tallink Silja Line and Tallink Shuttle vessels to now also including on shore shops in ports and elsewhere on shore, and a rapidly expanding online shop. Our on board, on shore and online stores stock a wide selection of spirits and other alcoholic beverages, high quality brand perfumes and beauty products, as well as confectionery and deli items. Naturally we also have children´s toys, souvenirs, and other gifts. We also stock high-end fashion brands and an impressive selection of jewellery and watches from popular Scandinavian as well as popular global brands.
Conference services
Have you ever considered a seminar, workshop or conference on board? Tallink Silja Line cruise vessels and Tallink Shuttle vessels all offer a wide range of conference and business meeting services on board, making your next event one to remember and enabling you to bring your business associates together in the nicest and slightly different way. There is no sneaking away early from a business meeting at sea!
In addition to conferences with a difference at sea, Tallink Hotels also offer a more traditional opportunity to host a business event on shore, with an option to also include the most comfortable accommodation for your event participants and the best dining options for your conference. All conference facilities are equipped with modern communication and conference equipment and our professional and helpful colleagues will support your event every step of the way.

Tallink Hotels
Our four classy, modern, comfortable and well-positioned hotels in the city centres of Tallinn and Riga, offer accommodation, dining, events and leisure services to meet every guest’s needs. Tallink City Hotel, Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, Tallink Express Hotel in Tallinn, Estonia have all been renovated and modernised in recent years and all offer a range of accommodation and leisure options in style and an ultimate guest experience. Tallink Hotel Riga in the Latvian capital offer the same high-quality service with a smile for our guests visiting Latvia. What’s more – since 2023 all our hotels are also Green Key certified, meaning we provide our services sustainably and with the aim of continuously building on the positive impact on the world and communities around us.
Taxi
Tallink Takso provides taxi services in Tallinn, Estonia and is a company partially owned by Tallink Grupp. Like taxis in the city of New York, Tallink Takso cars are also easily recognisable due to their yellow colour. Tallink Takso taxis can be ordered by dialling +372 640 8921.
